Conservancy Law PLC was formed by Michigan attorney Daniel J. Cline in 2014. Mr. Cline has over 35 years of legal experience, and was a founding member of Cline Close Dyer PLC, a general practice law firm in Midland, Michigan, where his practice concentrated in the fields of tax-exempt organizations, real estate, and employment law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Yale University.
Mr. Cline has over 19 years of experience representing Michigan land conservancies, and has spoken on a variety of legal topics for land conservancies at both statewide and national conferences. He is now retired from the practice of law.
